can't play the background music while recording

I want to record both voice and background music. It kinda work but the voice part came out slower than it should.... I want the voice and music in sync together... Is there a way to do it? Also, I can't seem to play the background music while recording.

1) Please switch to the 'real microphone input' panel of VAS(Virtual Audio Streaming), click stop and reduce the buffers, then click to start again. Similarly, also reduce the buffer on the 'output audio to real sound card' panel of VAS.
2) Do you mean you can not hear the background music while recording? You need to select your physical sound card in VAS right panel. Also confirm you unmute the sound card.
