record interviews via an ISDN phone line

I have just tested your Virtual Audio Streaming Software because I want to record interviews which are done via an ISDN phone line. I have Windows 7 on my PC. But I’m about to desperate because I don’t get the setting right. Can you help me please? The purpose is as simple as follows:

USB Mic ---------------------------- > ISDN Codec
\---- > Recording Software < -----/

\----- > Headphones < -----/


An additional problem is that the audio stream from the microphone to the headphones must have no latency.

Follow below steps:
1) Set VAS(Virtual Audio Streaming) as the default playback device.

2) Select your real sound card in VAS:

3) Select your usb microphone in VAS:
Image

4) Done. Now click the record command in VAS.

I have read your support pages. Almost work, but I get a very nasty effect indeed which is my voice coming back to the headphones with a delay.
