does not recognize the sound card

I installed your software to test it, the download and installation was OK but there is no sound or even the icon on the system tray in my computer, it seems it does not recognize the sound card installed in my PC.Would you help?

VAS is a virtual wrap of real sound card, so all sound card brands are supported, such as: Ad Lib, asus, Aureal, C-Media, Conexant, Diamond, IDT high definition audio, realtek, soundmax, etc. VAS even can work without real sound card.

I guess either you failed to install VAS driver(See below help) or VAS icon is hidden by Windows 7.

If you use Windows 7, the systray of VAS maybe be hidden by Windows. See:

Also, please reinstall the VAS software to try.
