activiate VAS problems

I put the code in, but it still keeps saying "trial" every few minutes,
Can you advise?

From our server log, you have not successfully activated VAS. Please activate our software again. You need to keep Internet connection and turn off any firewall during the activation. Run VAS, in help menu, click activate product, select online activation, then input your key and click activate button.
Let me know if there is any error message

It says it has already been activated but when I retry the activation, it says Virtual audio streaming activation failed. I'm typing in my email address and the case sensitive license code - I stopped my firewall.

Still no activation log on our server. There are must be something that blocked VirtualAudioStreaming to connect to our activation server. If you have no clue on it, let's try offline activation:
Run VAS -> help menu ->activate product -> switch to manual activation -> click 'copy machine code' button -> paste and email to us.
