has problem with paypal

If there is problem with paypal, you may try paying via 'avangate' on the purchase page. See the attached screenshot. Avangate supports credit card, paypal, wire transfer and many others.
If Avangate can not process your credit card too, you may call them:
+1 (650) 963-5701 (USA/Canada)
You may also try another credit card.
