Hi. I really need to have your software able to mute through the Windows mixer. The volume control and mute does not work at all. Can you please advise?

You can always left click the sound volume button on the systray to adjust/mute the volume.

Thank you. That is my problem, however, the mute/volume controls do not work at all, nor do they work in the virtual audio streaming panel. however I need them to work in the windows mixer for my application which involves automatically muting/unmuting the system volume. Any suggestions?

The systray sound volume icon should work.

The trick here is there are TWO volume sliders there, see the screenshot below.


Adjust both volume sliders, one of them should work. If you only see one volume slider on the systray, it means you have not selected and started physical sound card in VAS right panel.

With systray icon, it is very handy to control sound volume, anytime with 1 click.
